He then became speechless.
When the idea had set in that he was getting old, we asked him how he felt about turning 6 months old. This is what he said:
To make Gavin feel better about becoming an old geezer, we made cupcakes and took him to see his friend, Christian. Needless to say, his spirits were lifted.
But then, the Evil Bath Monster (aka "Mommy") attacked.
After a furious water battle, Gavin conquered the Bath Monster with a large grin.
To document his victory, we tried to take a picture with the number 6 right before dinner. Poor Gavin, he's getting so senile in his old age, he thought the number 6 was dinner and tried to eat it.

Okay, my two and a half month old and your six month old are almost the same size. I've got a chunker. Kaleb is 14 lbs already and 24 inches. Happy 6 months!
So fun! Wanna hear something weird? I was actually counting how old lil man was this morning thinkin' wow, he's 6 months already! He is soo big and sooo cute, and you guys are the best parents!! :) I wanna be just like you when I grow up...
