Blueberry picking!

Sorry it's been awhile since I posted on here. July kind of slipped away from me. Things have calmed down here and we're in the groove of working, playing, and enjoying family time. So life is good.

 My mom came out for a visit and so we took her blueberry picking. This was the best blueberry crop we've seen since we moved here. The berries were huge! We had tons of fun picking them. even if it was 100+ degrees! Fortunately it didn't take long to fill our buckets since the crop was so good.

Gavin ate TONS of blueberries! He loves them and had fun picking them and shoving them in his mouth.

Gorgeous blueberries!

We've been eating blueberries in all forms, as you can imagine. I made this Blueberry Cream Pie. I actually developed the recipe myself after combining 3 recipes. It's super good! If you'd like the recipe, I posted it on my craft blog today.

Went to Suffolk on Saturday and looked for houses. We had my mom watch Gavin for us. It was so nice to go house hunting without little man. I think we found the neighborhood we'd like to move to, now just waiting for our house to sell. If it doesn't sell soon, we'll take it off the market and wait until after the baby comes.

A couple weeks ago, Davis went to DC and took a class on mini implants. He's excited to start doing them on patients. Davis had his first grumpy patient last week. The gentleman didn't like his flipper Davis made, but couldn't afford better treatment. Davis wasn't sure what to do at first, but I think he did a good job and the patient ended up happy.

The pregnancy is going well. I'm 26 weeks along now. I definitely have a baby bump going on, so I'm feeling fat. Not really craving anything, just hungry all the time. Starting to get tired more again as the third trimester approaches.
