GAVIN SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!! Wahoo!! Yep, Gavin slept 8+ hours last night for the very first time. He slept from 10:00pm to 6:15am. AMAZING! I was in shock when I woke up to Davis's alarm clock at 6:00am this morning and had not fed Gavin yet. I immediately went in to Gavin to make sure that he was still breathing. He was. He must have heard us because he woke up 15 minutes later. I still can't believe he did it! For a split second, I actually missed waking up with Gavin in the middle of the night and feeding him. But only because it meant my little guy was growing up and he didn't need me as much anymore. Like I said, it was ONLY for a split second! I am hoping (and praying) he'll continue this sleep pattern. He's famous for giving me 6 bad nights for every 1 good night. So we'll see how the next few nights go.
Another record for the books goes to Davis. He has officially beat me in rolling the smallest diaper. (We have this ongoing competition to see who can roll the dirty diapers the smallest. I think it came from using our tiny bathroom garbage for Gavin's diapers and not wanting to empty it as often.) Here's Davis with his prize winning diaper!
Onto other news, Gavin now loves taking baths. He has learned to kick and splash and he thinks it's great! (It makes it harder to bathe him because he won't hold still, but it is super cute!) Here's a short clip of Gavin's splashing. In the video, his splashing is fairly mild compared to what he usually does. I had a better video with him going crazy, but he kicked the washcloth off, so I decided not to embarress the little guy.

How CUTE is he!?!?!?! I love it. It makes me so excited to someday give our little one a bath. It is fun to see him in action... pictures are fun, but since we've never really gotten to see him in person this is awesome!!! Thanks for posting. Scott and I were looking at your blog last night saying how cut Gavin is... And that is literally from Scott's mouth!! :)

Brandon always loved trying see how small he could wrap up those little diapers. They can get pretty tight. Hope Gavin is keeping up with his new sleep.
