After 4 days in bed, 3 days off of work, 2 doctors, and 1 miserable cold, I'm finally back at work! Getting sick while being prego is horrible. I'm not better yet, I just don't have the time to take off. So I'm here. One weird thing I found was that my OB wouldn't see me for my cold, I had to go to my PCP (Primary Care Physician). That surprised me! Especially because my PCP had to call my OB and ask what meds he could prescribe for my cold. (Why I couldn't just go to my OB in the first place, I don't know!)
So at my regular OB appt yesterday, Dr. Pringle said my fondus (top of uterus) was measuring small. She measured it twice and said they would have to do an ultrasound next appt. (She had previously told me that I would not have another ultrasound unless an issue came up) Okay, so any of you out there know what measuring small means?! Dr. Pringle said it could just be the baby's position, but she never said what else it could mean. And you can imagine the things that are going through my head for the next 2 weeks while I wait for my next appt! So not cool to torture me like that!!
Anyways, I don't have any pics this time. Maybe I could post a pic of the Robitussin bottle that I am constantly chugging on. (it's like the only thing a pregnant person can take for a cold)

I hope you start feeling better soon!!! Isn't the medical system sometimes counterintuitave? I don't know if that's spelled right.
I had a cold a few weeks ago and it was miserable.
Missy was measuring small towards the end of her pregnancy and everything turned out to be okay as well as one of my friends out here. It seems to be somewhat common. I wouldn't worry.

Kind of. Theapples are all off are all off my parents tree. I am nervous though, I only did one batch. I got two jars of juice and lots of fruit leather. Now my Mom wants me to use up the rest of her apples (which they have tons). I have my work cut out for me :)
I'm sorry to hear you were sick. Was it really a cold or was Davis up to something?!
